• Billing and Payment Systems for Banks and Clearing Centres. The solutions we offer support all payment card services and comply with ISO8583 or APACS standards. This ensures that they work with the HSM devices responsible for PIN verification. They also support full integration with peripherals such as POS terminals, ATMs and card printers.
  
  
• Internet Applications – we build dedicated applications that meet the requirements of the Client from scratch. We begin their development process from business requirements. We then work out the technical concept and functional solution. During the next phase, we build and test the solution. We then activate the system together with the Client and help make use of it during the initial period of operation by offering advice and assistance. The Client accesses the application via a web browser as we build our applications using web technologies – and sometimes Java Web Start as well.
  
  
• Internet Portals – we specialise in building Internet portals which offer web users rich functionality while simultaneously requiring back office applications and which sometimes have to be integrated with the Client’s internal systems. We begin portal development work from a graphical design and a functional demo. At the same time, we work out the essential functionality and draw up the company’s portal service model (integration or back office processes).
  
  
• Integration – we carry out projects that require working out, and then implementing, a concept for their integration. The principle that the solution must fulfil the goal is what guides us when undertaking these projects. First, the solution has to be pragmatic and effective. Second, we follow the leading world class trends in architecture, such as SOA and Cloud Computing. This allows us to build flexible solutions for the future.
  
  
• IT Services for functions and events – we take on one-off events which require a high level of commitment and which have to be thoroughly prepared in very short order. We have a range of tools to support personnel registration, time measurement, reporting and managing results (e.g. transferring information via mobile text messages). • Innovation and complex projects – we undertake innovative ventures involving a high degree of risk. We aim to undertake our own research in the field of IT R&D. We also take on difficult projects whose timely completion is threatened by time and/or budgetary constraints or by their scope.
  
  
• Implementing out-of-the-box solutions and managing change – we offer services in implementing ready-made solutions and in leading organisations through the change process – from designing new business processes, to preparing users through training assistance, right through to indicating the necessary modifications to a given organisation’s records and regulations and drawing up the authorisation model. We devise operating concepts for transitional periods, e.g. in the case a running both the old and new system concurrently for a pre-determined time, as well. We also tell management the steps that have to be taken to minimise in order to their staff's fear of change and to facilitate their acceptance of the new solution.

We work out the scope of the project, together with its cost, during the course of private consultations. We also negotiate the terms of the contract. This may assume the form of a simple contract for specific work, a time and materials contract, or a profit sharing arrangement where we invest in your business (our contribution being our solutions) and bank on receiving an ROI within a specified time frame.
